Media Affects on Infants & Toddlers

We had a great and informational October Meeting. We were grateful to have had the opportunity to have Susan Grosse, Sigma State President, join on chapter for one of our monthly meetings. We also wanted to thank Karen Zimmerman for her presentation. Karen did a wonderful job informing us on the affects media and/or technology has on infants and toddlers.

River Heights Elementary - September Meeting

Our September Alpha Tau - DKG meeting was held at River Heights Elementary in the Menomonie Area School District. Here are a few pictures to share from our visit.

Peg Kolden, River Heights Principal, gave us a tour of the newly remodeled elementary school. The remodel did postpone the start of the 2014-15 school year but was well worth the wait.

Down each hallway there were common meeting spots that were designed for grade levels or large group to use for guest speakers, buddy work, etc.
